the procession which starts at Winkle Island at 10.30am, walks up the High
Street (with a stop at the Stables Theatre in the Bourne to view the
exhibition) and down All Saints Street, judging Best Dressed Window on the
way, ending at Winkle Island for the Opening Ceremony at 12noon.
Procession features: Hastings Corps of Drums,
Coastal Twirlers, Mayor of Hastings, Hastings
Town Crier, Carnival Queen & Princesses, Representatives
of Old Hastings Preservation Society and many more
