This year (1999) The Hastings Town Crier's competition culminated with the criers leading the Hastings Bonfire Procession from the Town Hall, through the America Ground to the Fireground. These pictures were taken in and around Hastings Information Centre which is at the side of the Town Hall. The coveted title of National Champion was won by Alastair Chisholm, Town Crier of Bridport.
