Thanks to Graham for his kind words - as for being jammy, I resemble that remark! It was nice to be back at the Nook, but in truth i feel as though I've never really been away - you see I've been given blow by blow live telephone broadcasts by Woody of every single visit, take, and fish that has graced his ever moist landing net while I've been at home tending to Master Luke! Well done to Clive who managed to fish the night on Sunday 26th Aug after a long absence. Being the eternal jammy sod that he always is he managed to fluke a 10lb common out of peg11 on the nook and lose a fish also, whilst others just watched their tea getting cold.
